Walk march 18 2012 for Valley Fever
to raise awareness & funds to cure Arizona's disease

Welcome to the Valley Fever Alliance website. The 2012 Tucson Walk for Valley Fever was held at Reid Park on March 18, 2012.

Due to the winter storm that hit just as we were setting up for the walk, we all agreed to "Walk in Spirit" on March 18. Check out the photos shot by Linda Youel of the brave souls who were there! Thank you to everyone for your support, whether or not you attempted to go out in the weather that day! 

We bring people together in Tucson and Southern Arizona to help raise awareness and raise funds in support of the Valley Fever Center for Excellence at the University of Arizona. Our community outreach programs are designed to give people and pet owners a way to contribute to curing Valley Fever, a debilitating disease of the Southwest that disproportionately impacts those in Arizona.

We are always looking for volunteers. Through volunteering, you will find that you can do something that really does make a difference. Our meetings are always open to people who want to help. Please join us for our monthly meetings, usually held on the first Sunday of each month at 1 pm.
